Condo Bathroom Tile Work in Progress on a Full Remodel

This is one bathroom down out of three in a full condo remodel we're working through right now. Progress is steady, and honestly, this is the kind of work we genuinely enjoy - getting into a space and building it back up the right way from scratch.

The shower tile work here is a good example of why the details matter. Clean grid lines, consistent grout spacing, a proper pre-formed shower base - none of that happens by accident. It takes patience and a solid process, and when you get it right, the results speak for themselves.

A lot of people underestimate how much the tile work affects the long-term health of a bathroom. Bad installation leads to cracking grout, water intrusion, and tiles that shift or pop over time. We take the time to set everything correctly from the start so you're not dealing with repairs two years down the road.

Two more bathrooms to go on this one, and we're keeping the same standard across all of them. When you're doing a full remodel, consistency across every space is what ties everything together and makes the finished product feel intentional.
