Most bathrooms don't need a gut renovation to feel completely different. Sometimes it's a few well-chosen updates that do all the heavy lifting - new tile, a fresh vanity, better fixtures. That's exactly what we were working with here.
We pulled out the old shower surround and replaced it with a combination of white subway tile and a textured wood-look tile. The contrast between the two is what really makes this shower stand out. Clean and bright on one side, warm and dimensional on the other. The recessed niche ties the two together and gives the space a built-in, custom feel without a lot of extra complexity.
The vanity swap made just as big of an impact. A wood-toned cabinet with a clean white top and a brushed nickel faucet keeps everything cohesive with what we did in the shower. Updated lighting above the mirror pulls it all together. Small bathroom, but nothing about this finish feels small.
This is the kind of work we do a lot - bathroom remodeling and tile installation for homeowners who want real results without going overboard on scope or budget. You don't always need to move walls to get a bathroom that actually feels good to use every day. Sometimes you just need the right tile and someone who knows how to set it properly.
